After about an hour drive, we arrived in Limon. The houses were colorfully painted, and each one had some sort of Christmas decoration or tree in the front. We met Ariana's host family from her high school days. They graciously served us a delicious lunch of tamales and we enjoyed trying out our Spanish and other communication skills!
